D. Return and Exchange Process

Customers must send the products via SF Express within seven days after the customer service team confirms the return or exchange, and provide a valid tracking number for follow-up.

E. Refund Policy

For refunds, we will process them based on the actual payment amount of the order, and unreasonable claims will not be accepted. If the product comes with a gift, the gift must be returned along with the product; otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund or no refund will be issued.
