Shopping Process
- Choose Products: Browse our product catalog, add desired items to your shopping cart, and then click "Checkout."
- Select Delivery: On the checkout page, choose the delivery location, delivery method, and payment method.
- Fill in Information: Click "Proceed to Checkout" to complete your order, fill in customer information or log into your account, and provide the delivery address. This page will display order details and payment methods.
- Confirm Order: You will receive a confirmation email containing order details and payment information, along with a button for the "Order Link."
- Payment Confirmation:
- Online payments (e.g., credit card) will be confirmed as paid immediately.
- If you choose offline payment (e.g., bank transfer), please confirm payment via the "Order Link" in the email and send us the payment notification.
- You will receive a payment status update within several working days, confirming that we have received your payment. Please be patient while waiting for shipment.
- Shipping Notification: After shipping, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number to track your package.
- Note: All customers should pay attention to shipping costs when placing an order. The displayed shipping cost of $0 should refer to the actual pricing on the SF Express website.
Important Reminders
- Adding products to the shopping cart does not reserve the items. A successfully generated order number indicates that the order has been placed successfully; after payment, we will prepare the goods as soon as possible. If items are out of stock, we will assist with backorders.
- For international shipping, a service fee of $300 per order will be charged, and shipping costs will be settled as actual. If there are customs clearance or tax issues, customers must handle them independently; our company is not responsible.
Live Stream and International Shopping Instructions
- Products from overseas live streams require a waiting period of 5-6 weeks to arrive at our company and arrange for delivery. Please be aware.
- For branded handbags and products, we recommend self-pickup. If you encounter any issues after choosing SF Express shipping, our company does not offer refunds or exchanges.
- The delivery methods for overseas live streams are limited to SF Express merchants and address delivery, with no option for smart lockers.
- Our company is not responsible for any losses or customs clearance issues during shipping; please be aware.
Special Notes for International Customers
- All international customers are required to pay a service fee of $300 per order, and shipping costs will be settled as actual. If there are customs clearance or tax issues, customers must handle them independently.
Delivery Arrangements
- If our company offers free shipping, we will choose between our own delivery fleet or SF Express based on the size and weight of the product.
- Additional fees may be required for special requests.
- For customers using our own delivery fleet: If you need to receive goods at a specific time, an additional fee must be paid to arrange special delivery, as our team drivers may not be able to schedule delivery times.
Pre-Order Products
- All local products that are out of stock will automatically be ordered, which takes about 5-21 days.
- All overseas live stream products are expected to be shipped in about six weeks; urgent orders are not accepted.
- If you have urgent items, please consider before placing an order. Thank you.
- Shoes are non-returnable and non-exchangeable; we appreciate your understanding.
Out of Stock Handling
- If a product is out of stock, we will arrange a backorder. If backordering is not possible, customers may choose to exchange for another item, change color, or receive a refund within 14 working days (if a refund is chosen and the order has a cash discount, that discount may not be applicable or may be deducted from the refund).
- If the order originally included full-priced items (full-priced clothing, shoes, or handbags) with a cash discount, and the customer requests to send existing items first, the customer can only exchange for full-priced clothing, shoes, or handbags and cannot apply the remaining balance to other products.
- Some items being out of stock cannot be used as a reason to cancel the entire order; refunds are limited to out-of-stock items only.
Gifts and Lottery Prizes
- All live stream lottery prizes will be sent to the winners' Facebook Messenger as a "Gift Link." Winners must click the link to create an independent order; customers can choose self-pickup or cash on delivery for the lottery prizes.
- Gifts and lottery prizes are based on actual items; images are for reference only.
- Gift quantities are limited; if insufficient gifts are available, our company reserves the right to substitute with equal or other gifts.
- Any free gifts or lottery prizes are not eligible for return or refund services.
- Our company reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate activities without prior notice and has the authority to interpret or decide on matters related to activities.
Clothing Purchase Instructions

As each item is thoroughly inspected before delivery to customers, our company does not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:
- Buyer dislikes the product, fabric quality is poor, poor workmanship, item does not look good when worn, color difference, differs from expectations, dislike color, uncomfortable to wear, poor fit, material of buttons, color or material of fur collar differs from images, item is not as attractive as in pictures, item is too transparent, the fabric is not what I wanted, etc.
- Minor imperfections such as slight dust, rough threads, small scratches, or small stains that do not affect wearability.
- All clothing sizes are displayed on the website for customer reference; if the size is unsuitable upon receipt, no exchanges will be allowed.
- If we receive notification from the supplier that a certain item is discontinued, the customer may choose another style as a replacement or opt for store credit/refund (if the order contains discontinued items, this cannot be used as a reason for full order cancellation; our store will only arrange for the discontinued item to be converted to credit or refunded).
- Each order that qualifies for free shipping will only receive free shipping once. If part of the order consists of pre-ordered items and the customer requests to send existing stock first, the shipping cost for the second delivery will be borne by the buyer.
- All lingerie, shoes, and discounted clothing are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- If there are issues upon receipt of products, customers must notify customer service within two days and return the items within five working days.
Note: Due to different resolutions and display screens, products may display color differences, and product sizes are manually measured, which may also have a margin of error of 1-4 cm. Please take note.
Payment Methods
- Bank Transfer: Our store offers HSBC and Bank of China (Hong Kong) accounts; account numbers will be displayed at the time of ordering.

Payment Instructions
- After making a payment, please ensure to save the payment confirmation screen or receipt, which must include the date and time to be valid. If valid proof of payment cannot be provided after payment, the order may be delayed for 7 working days for verification.
- Upload the payment proof (open the email, click on the "Order Link" to your order, or log into your account and go to the "Seller and Customer Order Communication" section at the bottom of the order page to "Add Image" and upload the payment proof).
- Once we receive the payment, we will confirm the order within 1-5 working days, indicating that we have received the funds.
- Some items being out of stock cannot be used as a reason to cancel the entire order; refunds are limited to out-of-stock items only.
- If the order includes full-priced items (full-priced clothing, shoes, or handbags) and enjoys a cash discount, if items are out of stock, the customer can only exchange for full-priced items and cannot apply the balance to other products.
Shipping Methods
- Self-Pickup: Customers must make an appointment; after placing an order on the website, our staff will contact you to arrange a pickup when the goods are ready.
- SF Express in Hong Kong:
- Selecting SF Express station delivery takes about 2-4 days (this date is for reference only; actual delivery is subject to SF Express).
- Selecting SF Express smart lockers (generally, the number of smart lockers is limited, and longer waiting times may be required to collect items; please consider your needs before selecting this service).
- The tracking number for SF Express will be notified to customers via the communication section or email on the same day or the next day after shipment.
